Who is Telliwisp for?
Telliwisp is designed for parent-supervised family story time across several childhood age groups.
Can a child create an account?
No. A parent or legal guardian creates and manages the account and child profiles.
Are recordings public?
No. Parent voice recordings are private family content available during the Premium trial and with active Premium.
How does the free limit work?
Free accounts can access up to 15 stories per month. The allowance resets monthly. Premium is required for parent voice recordings, groups, invitations, points, levels, achievements, challenges, shared goals, and member-only weekly rankings.
How does the Premium trial work?
An eligible account receives one 30-day Premium trial with no credit card required and can use every Premium feature during that period. If the family does not subscribe when the trial ends, the account returns to Free. Deleting and recreating an account with the same normalized email does not create another trial.
Who can join a group?
During a Premium trial or active Premium plan, a parent can create a named group for family, friends, neighbours, or classmates and privately share its invite code. Each invited parent joins with a child profile they manage.
Are leaderboards public?
No. Premium rankings are visible only to participating parents inside that private group. Children appear by nickname, and there is no public leaderboard.
What does Premium include?
Premium provides unlimited monthly stories, parent voice recordings, groups and invitations, points, levels, achievements, challenges, shared goals, private weekly rankings, and up to two active devices. The planned price is $1.99 USD monthly or $19.99 USD annually.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. Delete the account in Parent Settings or follow the deletion instructions on this website. A one-way email hash may be retained to prevent repeated trial use.
