Delete inside the app
- Sign in to the parent account.
- Open Parent Settings.
- Select Delete account.
- Read the summary and confirm.
This deletes the parent account and associated profiles, progress, preferences, ratings, groups, invitations, and recordings from active systems, subject to limited security, backup, and legal retention.
A one-way SHA-256 hash of the normalized parent email and the original trial dates is retained to prevent repeated Premium trials. It cannot be used by Telliwisp to recover the readable email and does not include child data, recordings, or story history.
If you cannot sign in
Email contact@telliwisp.com from the parent account address with subject “Account deletion request”. We may verify ownership. Never send a password or magic link.
